Nashua will be getting a new craft brewery after White Birch Brewing signed a lease for a 10,800-square-foot office/flex space on Jan. 15.
The space at 480 Amherst St. will allow White Birch Brewing to open a larger production facility and tasting/visitor center for tours and events. The space is currently in the fit-up stage and should be open for business in April.
CBRE/NE’s Chris Healey represented the tenant and CBRE/NE’s Mike Tamposi represented the landlord, Adamian Realty Trust.
“We at White Birch Brewing are excited to relocate to our new facility in Nashua,” Dave Herlicka, owner of White Birch Brewing, said in a statement. “We believe the timing was right and the new location is fantastic. We will be able to provide easier access, great atmosphere and top-quality beer all wrapped up in a convenient location.”
“It was a challenging process to identify suitable options for White Birch Brewing given their needs for production, distribution and tasting room/visitor center, but they were a pleasure to work with,” added CBRE/NE’s Healey. “Dave’s patience and efforts to act once the right space became available are what allowed us to capitalize on securing their new location. I’m confident their business will continue to grow, and they’ll reap the benefits of their new location for many years to come.”
The building is situated in an active commercial corridor along Route 101A, which backs onto Nashua Airport. The property is currently configured for a mixture of office and light-assembly usage.
