Former Inn Owner Joins Peabody & Smith

A second former hospitality professional has joined Peabody & Smith Realty in 2019.

Jason Cape and owned and operated the Barron Brook Inn in Whitefield for over a decade. He recently joined Peabody & Smith Realty as a sales associate in the firm’s Littleton office. His move was announced just weeks after Peabody & Smith announced the arrival of Patty Ciotto, who had run a beachside bed and breakfast in Brazil for over a decade before returning to New Hampshire.

“I’ve always been interested in real estate and have purchased a number of residential and commercial properties over the last few decades,” Cape said in a statement. With my background in hospitality where we focus on the needs of guests, it’s a natural transition to helping clients and customers with their real estate transactions.”

“Jason has already proven to be a great asset to our firm. His ability to work as part of a team while embracing an entrepreneurial spirit are attributes for success,” Andy Smith, broker/owner of Peabody & Smith Realty, said in a statement.

Originally from coastal Alabama and a graduate of Auburn University, Cape has lived in a variety of locations from North Carolina to California before settling in Whitefield.
