Granite Commercial Real Estate is relocating its headquarters to Nashua from Bedford. 

The firm’s new address is 30 Temple St., Suite 300, in downtown Nashua. 

The office space is larger than its previous location and enables it to easily expand in the same building, and brings it closer to clients in Massachusetts. 

The firm also hopes its new location will aid in attracting new employees. 

“We’re excited about our move to Nashua and the ability to expand our brand,” Granite Commercial President Megan Prieto Giokas said in a statement. “Being located in Nashua allows us strategic access to our clients and opportunities in New Hampshire and Massachusetts, while allowing us to use our recent HUBZone Certification from the U.S. SBA to foster economic development in our nearby communities.”
