Northeast Credit Union is teaming up with The Kane Co., Tidemark and PROCON to get its new headquarters off the ground.
The credit union has been based in Portsmouth for decades, but will move to a new site 100 Education Way in Dover, according to Foster’s Daily Democrat. The move was driven by the lender’s ability to find a site on which to build its new offices – the former headquarters of an educational testing company.
PROCON has been engaged to design the 100,000-square-foot building, which will house the majority of the credit union’s over 400 workers.
Tidemark and The Kane Co. are developing the site, which public records show they owned before selling it to Northeast Credit Union for $7.5 million in September.
