Peabody & Smith Realty has welcomed its third new agent in recent months. Lincoln resident Keegan Rice has joined the firm’s Franconia office, serving clients and customers all over northern and central New Hampshire in residential, commercial and land sales 

Rice is currently enrolled in classes to obtain the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. A CCIM certification denotes that the member has completed advanced coursework in financial and market analysis, and demonstrated extensive experience in the commercial real estate industry.

He’s been a great addition to our team and truly understands our firm’s philosophy for achieving results for our clients and customers, all while putting our clients and customers at the top of mind,” Andy Smith, broker/owner of Peabody & Smith Realty, said in a statement. “He fits right in with our team and has been a wonderful addition.”  

Rice has dual degrees from the University of New Hampshire in both tourism planning and development and in restaurant management. He grew up in North Woodstock in his family’s hospitality business, The Woodstock Station & Brewery. In his free time, he coaches varsity ski racing at Linwood High School. In the summer, he enjoys golfing, wading in the Pemigewasset and other outdoor activities in the White Mountains.
