A 121-unit, garden-style apartment complex in Goffstown has sold for $12 million.
Highwood Village is a 121-unit community comprised of five, 3-story residential buildings, a four-bedroom single-family home and a 2-story amenity building. The 3-story residential buildings were built in 1984 while the single-family home was originally constructed in the early 1900s. The amenity building is a prefab building constructed in 2000. Spread out over 9.65 acres, Highwood Village offers a low-density community with three picnic areas, one with a grilling area, a playground, and tennis courts on-site for residents.
The complex at 174 Saint Anselms Drive is also near downtown Manchester and major highways that connect it to other major job centers in the state and in Massachusetts.
CBRE multi-housing specialists from the firm’s capital markets team Simon Butler and Biria St. John exclusively represented the seller, First Merchants Group, and procured the buyer, Yellowstone Property Group.
The sale is one of several recent multifamily transactions in the Manchester area. A 92-unit Milford complex recently sold for $13.55 million, prominent Manchester landlord Red Oak Apartments added marquee downtown property 875 Elm St. to its portfolio in April, and a 640-unit apartment portfolio spread over 40.8 acres north of downtown sold for $88.5 million in February.
