Planning officials in Keene have given the go-ahead to Brady Sullivan Properties’ proposal to build a retail-office building adjoining their Colony Mill property.
Colony Mill is a landmark in downtown Keene and which Brady Sullivan renovated into 89 loft apartments. Commercial tenants include a brew pub, casino and NBT bank branch.
An application filed with city officials show the building would be located across the street from another redeveloped factory, the Island Mill complex, home to the Maisello Group of real estate and insurance companies.
The 4,875-square-foot, single-story building would have space for three tenants – including at least one bank – and two drive-throughs.
