A large Manchester apartment complex has traded hands for $121.5 million.
Countryside Village, a 448-unit garden style apartment community, located at 60 Village Circle Way in Manchester, was sold by an affiliate of Pennsylvania-based Merion Realty Partners to an affiliate of Boston-based The DSF Group.
Completed in two phases between 1986 and 1987, Countryside Village is comprised of 17 3-story and 4-story residential buildings and a 7,000-square-foot, freestanding clubhouse. There are a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartment homes, with 20 percent recently renovated.
CBRE Capital Markets’ multi-housing experts Simon Butler, Biria St. John and John McLaughlin exclusively represented the seller and procured the buyer.
“We are pleased to have represented Merion Realty Partners in the sale of Countryside Village. This marked the successful conclusion of their investment plan having acquired the asset in 2016,” Butler said in a statement.
“Countryside Village offers The DSF Group the ability to reposition another property in the strong Southern New Hampshire market through the implementation of our signature Halstead branding and amenity program,” said Josh Solomon, president of The DSF Group.
