New Hampshire’s inventory of single-family homes for sale hasn’t returned to pre-pandemic levels, but it’s certainly a lot closer than it’s been in years.
July statistics released by the New Hampshire Association of Realtors show 2,992 single-family homes were on the market last month, a 15.6 percent improvement over July 2025.
That’s far above the 2,589 homes for sale in July 2020, but still nowhere close to the 5,205 that were on the market in July 2020.
New listings also ticked up last month, with 1,917 single-family homes coming to market. That’s up 9.7 percent from the same period last year.
The state now sits at 2.7 months of supply, up from 2.5 months in July 2025.
