The $411 million-asset Savings Bank of Walpole has a new vice president of mortgage lending.
Dawn Martin’s promotion to the post was announced on March 4.
Martin joined the bank in 1994 and was named assistant vice president and loan operations manager in early 2013. She has also held the titles of loan administration manager and commercial credit analyst.
“We’d like to congratulate Dawn on this well-deserved promotion,” bank President Mark Bodin said in a statement. “She’s been an important member of the SBW lending team for many years and she brings a great deal of knowledge, expertise and leadership skills to her new role.”
In her new position, Martin will participate in the bank’s long-term strategic planning and development, implement mortgage lending products and processes and manage day-to-day mortgage operations.
Martin has a bachelor’s degree in financial management from Franklin Pierce College. She is actively involved with Rise for Baby and Family, the Keene Day Care Center and Monadnock United Way campaigns.
