The Masiello Group Commercial Associates real estate agency has two new team members specializing in multifamily assets.

Matt Bacon and Cassie Farley have joined the firm’s expanding commercial team.

Matt Bacon specializes in development projects and investment brokerage, with a specific interest in multifamily, vehicle service and industrial assets in southern and central New Hampshire. He and his team also serve business owners and investors in acquisitions and disposition of property, especially involving strategic portfolio growth and tax-deferred exchanges.

Cassie Farley specializes in the marketing and sale of car washes, special use properties, high cash-flow businesses and multifamily assets in southern and central New Hampshire.
