Enterprise Bank Opens Branch Next to Londonderry Mega-Develoment

A Massachusetts bank with a significant local presence will be opening a branch next to Londonderry’s Woodmont Commons development.

Enterprise Bank announced it will be opening its 27th branch at the Market Basket-anchored shopping center that sits next to the project that is expanding under the ownership of DSM Realty.

The 600-acre Woodmont Commons is expected to be built out into a mixed-use town center and significant numbers of new single-family homes over the next 20 years, but has already opened its first phase.

The Enterprise branch will feature two drive up lanes, a drive-up ATM and 28 dedicated parking spaces, the $4 billion-asset bank said in a statement. The interior will feature an open-plan lobby with pods to provide areas for highly personalized service. The latest technology including cash recyclers and video teleconferencing will be installed.

The bank intends to provide added convenience for its customers who use branches in branches in Derry, Hudson, Nashua, Pelham, Salem and Windham, and help it support more customers in Manchester, CEO Jack Clancy and New Hampshire Community Banking Director Peter Rayno said in a statement.

“DSM Realty is very pleased to bring Enterprise Bank to Londonderry,” DSM spokesperson John Matthews said in a statement. “Enterprise is an excellent community bank that will expand its attractive business and consumer offerings to greater Londonderry. Enterprise will be a great asset to the community.”
