Cambridge Trust announced that it has hired Ellen Soucy, formerly of Bangor Savings Bank, to try to grow the bank’s share of deposits from New Hampshire businesses.
Soucy will hold the title of vice president and business relationship manager, and will be responsible for the development of Cambridge Trust’s deposit and treasury management growth, by cultivating relationships with business owners across the state.
“Cambridge Trust continues to not only welcome top talent but also make commercial and nonprofit client relationships a top priority,” Kerri Mooney, senior vice president and chief deposit officer of Cambridge Trust, said in a statement. “We’re excited to welcome Jason, Ellen, Jerod and Edson to our team of experienced bankers and relationship managers, ensuring that our clients can continue to rely on our expertise and support to help their businesses succeed.”
Soucy’s hiring was announced alongside the hiring of three bankers of similar backgrounds from Silicon Valley Bank, the former First Republic Bank and Santander Bank, whose work will focus on Massachusetts.
