A portfolio of largely multifamily properties in downtown Newmarket has traded hands and been divided.

Condor Capital sold four buildings in the six-building assemblage to St. Kyrillos LLC, registered to a Somersworth investor, a fifth to Nineteen Exeter Road Realty Trust and a sixth to 84-86 Main Street LLC. Condor was represented by The Boulos Co.’s Christian Stallkamp and Katherine Gemmecke.

The total sale price was $8.5 million.

The portfolio sold to St. Kyrillos LLC includes the historic Willey House, once a hotel and built in 1822. The two other properties sold to other investors include recently renovated apartments.
