Eastern Bank has been named one of the best banks in the world, according to Forbes. 

In partnership with the market research firm Statista, the Forbes study surveyed more than 40,000 customers around the globe for their opinions on their current and former banking relationships. Banks were rated on general satisfaction and key attributes like trust, fees, digital services and financial advice. 

Sixty banks from the U.S. made the list. Eastern Bank ranked 10th. The bank is based in Boston and has a location in Concord.
