A Hollis-based company last month bought a Manchester industrial building for $2.1 million, according to documents filed in the Hillsborough Registry of Deeds.

James Prieto, director of real estate at Nashua-based Granite Commercial Real Estate, represented Action Structures LLC, in the purchase of in 140 Hayward St. in Manchester.

The 20,740-square-foot industrial building sits on 1.58 acres, has 14-foot clear heights, three loading docks, one drive-in bay, a secured outdoor storage yard, on-site parking, a large conference/training room, a full kitchen and an air-conditioned office.

Located 1 mile from Exit 5 off Interstate 93, it offers easy access to vendors and customers.
