Claremont Savings Bank

Claremont Savings Bank invested $4 million in the New Hampshire Community Loan Fund, which will support the fund’s mission to provide people and communities with loans, coaching and guidance that enable them to become economically secure.

The fund helps families to purchase affordable manufactured homes and preserving the affordability of those homes. The investment dollars also support the growth of small businesses and connect homeowners, businesses, nonprofits and communities with cost-saving energy solutions.

Boston-based Eastern Bank donated $10,000 to Granite VNA, a home health care provider based in Concord, New Hampshire.

President and CEO Brian Hughes of Rochester-based Holy Rosary Credit Union will retire at the end of the year after 22 years at HRCU and 45 years in banking.

I’m proud of what we have accomplished together and I look forward to seeing the credit union continue to grow.
