Downtown Manchester’s latest hotel, a Residence Inn by Marriott, has opened.
Massachusetts-based AAM 15 Management said the 123-key property next to the Southern New Hampshire University Arena is its 10th. The hotel is aimed at business travelers, and its guest suites are designed to support extended stays.
Building amenities include a lobby bar, indoor pool, fitness center, outdoor firepit and laundry area.
“The development of the Manchester property allows us to be part of the reemergence of the greater community as shown by the overall growth of the business environment,” AAM 15 CEO David R. Masse said in a statement. “While construction and opening of the hotel during the COVID-19 pandemic presented some unique challenges, we are very happy to be open and operating in downtown Manchester.”
Masse said his company is considering other hotels elsewhere in the state.
