An industrial property has been sold in Bedford for $5.6 million.

Situated just off Route 3, 10 Iron Horse Drive is a 157,336-square-foot building built in 1986 on a 9.76 acre lot. The building was originally built for Axle Remanufacturing, according to Massachusetts-based The Stubblebine Co., which represented the seller, First American Realty. The Stubblebine team was made up of Aaron Smith, David Skinner, and James and David Stubblebine.

The buyer, Amber Properties LLC, is an experienced industrial redeveloper and was represented by Roger Dieker of CBRE and plans to retrofit the property for multi-tenant industrial use, Stubblebine said.
