An industrial building in Merrimack has sold for $1.73 million, according to public records.
The 21,918-square-foot, single-story structure sits on 4.26 acres at 4 Center St., two miles off the Everett Turnpike, according to public records, and was built in 2001. It most recently sold for $1.2 million in 2015.
The buyer, Spanish multinational manufacturing and engineering firm Venair Inc., makes and engineers flexible silicone hoses and related equipment. The Merrimack property will be its first New Hampshire location, according to an announcement of the deal from Nashua-based Granite Commercial Real Estate. Granite represented the company in the acquisition.
