An heir to two major corporate fortunes is selling her Dublin estate.

Mitzi Perdue, 84, is seeking $15 million for the home, known as Knollwood, and its 104 acres on the slopes of Mount Monadnock.

The Wall Street Journal first reported the listing, which is being represented by New Hampshire native Sean Bakhtiari of Compass, based in Newburyport, Massachusetts.

The home was built in 1900 by former Treasury secretary Franklin MacVeagh and later acquired by Sheraton Hotels founder Ernest Henderson in 1953 for roughly $10,000. In its early years, it was so luxurious it was even used as a “summer White House” by then-President William Howard Taft.

According to the listing, the “museum-like” south-facing home commands “40-mile” views and comes with gardens, forests and a “boutique vineyard” on its sloping lawn.

Perdue said she’s selling the 14,546-square-foot, 13-bedroom residence as she lives primarily in Maryland and the more local members of her family live too far away to make use of it.
