A major national luxury residential real estate team has expanded its footprint into New Hampshire after a local agent moved to affiliate with it.

Local agent Adam Pettitt has joined The Sarkis Team, based in Boston and part of the national Douglas Elliman luxury brokerage brokerage, the team announced last week.

The team is the top-performing team in Massachusetts by sales volume, with $312.68 million in transactions across 209.8 transaction sides last year, according to industry rankings site RealTrends Verified.

Pettitt is currently the sales agent for the Lookout, a 48-unit luxury development on the shores of Lake Winnipesaukee in Laconia being developed by The Maggiore Companies. Only five homes remain unsold in the development, the Sarkis announcement said.
