A Nashua industrial property has sold for $6 million.
The 54,053-square-foot building at 41 Simon St. was built in 1970 and sits on 4.59 acres, according to public records, and last sold in 2004 for $1.85 million.
The seller was an LLC registered to the co-founders of precision manufacturer Mass Design Inc., the company currently based in the Simon Street property. The buyer was Loon Island Realty LLC, which is registered to a residential address in Merrimack. Merrimack County Savings Bank provided the $4.8 million mortgage for the property.
Chris Pascucci, with SVN Masiello Commercial, represented the seller while Brian Dano, also with SVN Masiello, represented the buyer. A press releases from SVN Maisello indicated the Simon Road property was leased to Mass Design.
