A $6.6 million land sale in Hudson will lead to another large distribution center.
Located just off the newly-constructed Friars Drive, 161 Lowell Road is one of the last remaining vacant parcels in Hudson’s Sagamore Industrial Park. The property was bought by an affiliate of The Stubblebine Co., an experienced developer of industrial real estate across New Hampshire.
The company plans a high-bay warehouse with 104 loading doors and 71 trailer storage spaces on the 0.75-acre land.
