Klein Marine Systems has sold a 53,415-square-foot industrial property in Salem for $4.62 million.
The company was represented by Nordlund Associates, a Massachusetts commercial brokerage.
The buyer, an affiliate of Connecticut-based United Staging & Rigging, was looking to relocate its Boston-area base to a bigger property. The company provides stages, rigging and event structures for both live events and television and movie shoots.
Nordlund also represented United, the company said in an announcement..
“I worked with Anthony [Triglione] and Rick [Bartley] to find a warehouse building to accommodate the growth of United Staging and Rigging, as we had outgrown our facility in Haverhill,” Jon Sharpe, president of United, said in a statement. “Anthony and Rick worked diligently to find a building in a great location to set up operations.”
